Palm NFT launched their generative art tool today, plugging into Unreal Engine. Want to hear more about Palm? Check out my podcast episode with their Executive Creative Director, Straith Schreder:
Not gonna lie… I’ve been bumpin’ to this Grimes AI song:
Lastly, imma toot my own horn. Queen Charlotte came out this week, so I'm using that as an excuse to resurface my fave #womeninweb3 newsletter of all time -- Might put this one on my resume? (yes it took me a very long night, a lot of Google ole English synonym searches, and a few glasses of wine to really hone in on the voice of Lady Whistledown)

Max Kaufman did me a solid and wrapped up the latest news in gaming tech (jk he does a wrap up every week and it’s fire.)
A new kind of window shopping… Coach’s AR try-on window will stop you in the street.
Mastercard launched a user verification solution to fight bad actors in the space. (Bless them, considering I myself have been hacked. It’s not fun.)
Alexis Ohanian was the only look I needed to see at the Met Gala (lies - I was on IG for way too long scrolling through all the fashun)… but he did make it web3, which I was v much here for.
You can now pay your friend for today’s tacos and tequila in BTC (…bc Venmo just added the in-app exchange feature). Meanwhile, Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey donated $10M to turn BTC into the ‘native currency of the internet’
Sotheby’s launched their NFT marketplace, with Amazon’s not too far behind. (They’re set to launch May 15 pending no further delays.) And Prada celebrated one year since their time capsule NFT collection with its 41st drop. Anddddd Sports Illustrated launched Box Office - their NFT ticketing platform. Apparently NFTs ain’t dead yet y’all.
For anything else, just follow Kyle Ellicott. You’ll see why.

Restaurants are jumping on the subscription train… but they’re not using NFTs or blockchain (yet). It’s sort of web3 but not really web3?
